To make a friendly environment with our customers or to avoid any kind of inconvenience, we introduce some terms and conditions that must be followed by both customers and sellers.

All these terms and conditions are made under the supervision of our higher management. These terms and conditions are based on the rights of customers and sellers. Some of these are given below.

Delivery Info

Note:

  • Free Delivery is available all over the UK.
  • Our courier must inform the customer before the exact date of delivery to make the whole process smooth.
  • Your item will be delivered according to the estimated time defined on your order.
  • Courier company delivers your item inside your home. If you live on the ground or first floor then no charge is applied to take the item inside but if you live on the second or above floor then the courier will charge you an extra £10 for each floor but if your floor has a lift then no charge will apply.
  • If the customer refuses the delivery, then the delivery charge will be deducted from the customer’s total.

Delivery Address Upgradation:

If any customer wants to upgrade their address, then they must inform us before order dispatch because once the order is dispatched it is very difficult to hold the delivery with a courier.

If the item is already out for delivery then we will charge for the courier service again to reschedule the delivery to a different address.

Money Back Guarantee:

At Style Heaven, we offer a Money Back Guarantee on all of our furniture products. This way, you can be sure that you’re getting the best quality furniture for your home. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase or the product has any defected or damaged part, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you are.

Some terms and conditions must be applied:

  • If there is any issue with the quality of the product then you can claim this within 3 days after your delivery.
  • Your issue will be resolved by taking the following measures:
    • Item must be the same as received.
    • Item must be packed in its original packing.
    • By offering some sort of partial discount.
    • By replacing the defected or damaged part.
    • By collecting the whole product for a full refund.
  • If any customer orders the wrong product themselves then we are not responsible for this.
  • If you damage the product yourself during assembly then replacement is possible but you need to pay the price for the part.
  • If you have changed your mind after receiving the goods then make sure the item must be packed in its original packing or in resellable condition and you need to pay the courier charge or need to return the item yourself.
  • If you have assembled your product or attempted to assemble it then return is not acceptable.

Defected or Damaged item:

Note:

  • If you receive the product defected or damaged then please let us know within 2 to 3 working days because after that courier will not accept the claim because in most cases the item will be damaged by the courier during transit.
  • If you receive the defected or damaged item then we are responsible to send the replacement part for you but you need to inform us within 2 or 3 working days after the delivery.
  • If the customer damages the product themselves then replacement is possible but the customer needs to pay the price for the part.
  • If there is any manufacturing defect then we are responsible to replace the part.

Return and Refund:

If any of the customers want to return the item just for a full refund then make sure the customer falls under the following terms and conditions:

  • Make sure the item must be in its original condition same as you received.
  • Item must be packed in its original packing or in resalable condition.
  • No harm to the product or packaging as well.
  • Assembly not be attempted.
  • No modification accepted.
  • Item must be complete or no part should be missed.
  • If you want the refund then you must return the item first.

Return and Exchange:

If any of the customers want to exchange their product with another one then the exchange is possible within 30 days and the customer must fulfill the following terms and conditions:

  • Customer needs to pay the courier charge (depend on the area you live).
  • Item must be packed in its original packing.
  • Item must be the same as received.
  • No harm to the product.
  • Packing is not open.
  • Must be in resellable condition.

Change of Mind or Order Cancellation:

If you have a change of mind after placing your order then the order cancellation will be accepted but some terms and conditions apply:

  • If you’ve changed your mind about an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it.
  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • If the item is delivered already, then return will be possible but fulfill the following conditions:
    • Need to afford the courier charges.
    • Item must be packed in its original packing.
    • No harm to the product or packing as well.
    • Item must be inspected by our professional before accepting the return.
    • Once the item is returned to us then we will process the funds.
